Haha, I'm only 21. I'll be renting this beauty for the next year until I graduate, but nevertheless, if it were in a town I wanted to live in for a long time, I'd be all over trying to buy it!
The river is moving. The blackbird must be flying.

Dude, What are you thinking! Buy that place use it for a year but trick it out with a few things(greenhouse/bar/rec studio/pool, you know what I mean.) After you are done living there only rent to bands, you know  the next big thing so to speak, the next Fleet Foxes,Rem whatever.Guide them along mentor, nurture, hep, council, console, think contract but get your hands on the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
8-) ;) 8-) ;) ;D ;D ;D ::)
Not the one thing. I used to think I
could at least some way put things right.

I rode my bike down to my favourite part of the city after work.  I meant to take loads of pictures, but ended up getting sidetracked by a gorgeous day.

Anyways, here's a few pictures from the Bridge City (Saskatoon, SK):

The Bessborough Hotel, which you might recognize from the cover of one of Joni Mitchell's best albums.

Love this church.  The SUV, not so much.

The University Bridge.  One of seven that cross the South Saskatchewan River.

The backside of the Bezz.

The Broadway Bridge.  I work at a coffee shop just across it and on the right side.  I'll take a picture of my workplace sometime soon (I love the building/location/staff/customers/etc.).

The Victoria Bridge lit up at night.  The city spent a ridiculous amount on those lights, so not worth it.

Nice pictures K  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

I'll try & get some up soon...
God will forgive them. He'll forgive them and allow them into Heaven.....I can't live with that.

That's awesome K. Looks sorta like a small European city. Very nice.

Yes DB, we needs pics of your corner of the globe.

I'll have some of St Louis soon as I have a daddy weekend with the boy and the lil one has a bunch of girl parties to go to. Daddy days ususally mean we go to the Arc and several other spots for cool pics of him acting all silly.

A shot at Mt. Vernon park and the Washington Monument around the corner from my apartment.  I'm gonna miss walking my dog there everyday when I move in two weeks.  No more walking distance to a lot of things!  Oh well, more room, a yard and right next to the disc golf course can't be too bad ;)

DejaView2011

Hi all! Just moved into my new home and have been slowly piecing my paradise together. These pics are the living room and dining room / kitchen. I love the use of color and texture. There's no color filtering added to these pics. These are all natural light pics of my life's dream becoming my reality. My Sanctuary from the world. Next up to be finished this week, the Master bedroom, the Guest bath, the Foyer and then finally on to the MY MORNING JACKET CAVE downstairs. It's going to be truly EPIC! Looking to host a MMJ fan weekend this summer to truly break in the Sanctuary right.

I want that dining table/chairs/bench - and I have that same light fixture over my dining table.  You've got a great sense of color and space.  Not a fan of the color red - but it works in your house.  Nice job!

Thanks Lucylew,
I try to be brave with color as most people shy away from primaries. The table is yours. Come get it. ;-)

looks good except the James Bond poster is taking up precious wall space where an MMJ poster should be.

home of the famous Alberts children (Mason and Marcy) the basketball stars---home of Smuckers (Orrville, very close) and home to the famous BARN restaurant? (one of the best places i've ever eaten)...i have many friends from Wooster, Shreve, Funk, and Orrville...I've spent a lot of time there and it's a wonderful place.  ;) :) (Ohio girl)

LOL!  You left out Mark (the oldest Alberts basketball star).  I went to high school with Mark and the basketball team his senior year was one of the best in our high school's history.  I think he had the original record for most 3 pointers in a Ohio high school season.  Marcy went to school with my lil sister and she was, IMO the best of the Alberts siblings as she starred at OSU!

I also worked at Smuckers as my summer job while I was in college!   :P   Mmmmmm... jelly!   8)

And yes, the Barn is one of my favorites as well!  Love the Brocolli Noodle soup.  And my kids love feeding the ducks after dinner!

And I can't believe you actually know somebody from Funk!   :P

I knew you were an Ohio girl, just didn't realize you were so familiar with Woo-town!   :)

Funny thing is, growing up here I couldn't wait to get the hell out of Wooster and I did moving to Texas after college.  But I ended up moving back about 14 years ago and now I can't think of a better place I'd rather live to raise my family!   :)

All the music stuff goes downstairs in the cave. The upstairs is a "neutral" zone and I host business and cummunity events there as well. BUT, There will be a SUPER MMJ SHRINE down in the music cave!!!  I will make you proud my brothers and sisters!

The "Manctuary" has finally approached completion and I thought I would share some pix after these 3 months of renovations. Hope ya'll like it

I move into my new house (which is actually a 100-year-old farmhouse - it's been converterd into a semi) in September. Pics to follow, including my future man-cave. My wife said it will be tastefully decorated, so lots of framed gig prints... along with a few well-placed guitars and amps.
