Well I don't cook, but these are spectacular.

My last meal consisted of All American goodness.  2 boneless ribeyes, 1.2 lbs total, a baked sweet potato and green leaf salad with heirloom tomatoes, feta and walnuts in a simple balsamic vinaigrette.  I think I'm good to go.  Oh yeah, the sauce was rendered beef fat, olive oil, butter, salt, pepper and pan drippings.
