The weather was insane last night. BIG thunder storm at about 12:30 last night, lightning across the sky, hail. I love storms like that...these kind of storms are really common for high in the mountains this time of year, but it is odd for down here in the valley. Forecast is for chance of rain through Saturday...weird June indeed!

YES They do talk about John and Kate! They totally love that show and feel she's the greatest thing on earth. [size=8]Nevermind the fact she's a totally henious biatch.[/size] They are of the Toby Keith kinda crowd if you catch my drift.

i sit next to this really tiny ---leprachaun-ish-auditor--who gives me hourly updates on his allergies. another one of my co-workers is trying to sell me xanex as I type this, and why don't people know what they want BEFORE they go to the vending machines? it's not like that stuff ever changes. it's rush hour in there and people are weighing in on baked lays or peanut butter granola bars for 10 min, day after day, i'm thinking, why even pretend to ponder something healthy when you clearly are always going to pick the soft batch cookies!

I have to deal with that everyday too. At work and outside of work. Although my friends are not. What I don't get, is how a town that's 99% white can be so racist? It's not like anybody ever did anything to them.

I know. These bitches all live in small, redneck/shitkicker towns in IL where they do not mingle/associate/see anyone of anykind of racial mix. I swear, there is going to be a nasty fight if I have to listen to that shit like I did Thursday.

has anyone in the US died from swine flu yet?! I dont think so, but im not sure. Its at my sister's school too. I think schools are taking it more serious so as not to spread it as opposed to it being that harmful.

yes people in the US have died from it, including an elementary school principal here in NYC. not to say it's reason for alarm...just don't take it lightly.

yes, i read there have been 8 deaths so far in ny, none yet in nj where we live, but it's just kinda frightening. i just keep telling my daughter to wash her hands (she is 6) and she is like, "why, do i need to wash off my nail polish?" classic.  trying not to panic about it because the reality is that i am sure she will be fine, and even if she were to come down with it, we will get medical treatment immediately, and all will be fine.  thanks for listening to my current complaint  :-[
