I love quail's eggs; it's fun to cook them up (especially fried), and then pretend to be a giant.  ;D

I went for the Beamish instead of the Guiness, but I'm starting with a nice German dopplebock.  I couldn't help myself, it looked so good on the shelf.

I rode in my first riding competition today.
I was really nervous but I ended up coming third in one of my events.

I went to an excellent comedy show last night, met my friend for lunch today then wandered through rainy London listening to John Coltrane's Ballads & I'm going to Brighton tomorrow, one of my favourite places in the UK  :)
