Have had some pretty intense things happen when this song plays.... so hauntingly beautiful...... it's a real bridge between the Here and There, somehow.

(and I love shouting along with Cornell)
Daylight is good at arriving in the night time

ManNamedTruth

Heard this song on the radio recently, so good....

Soul Asylum - Somebody To Shove
That's motherfuckin' John Oates!

Oh the beautiful ninties. I have tons of videos I'd like to link up, but there's a very grungy vibe going on and grunge is not my strength (My definite musical year is 97)

But to keep the grunge vibe... I love this song.
Candlebox - Far Behind

Nice Candlebox!  And I see bowlofsoup and weeniebeenie mentioned Sunny Day Real Estate too!!  I love those guys.... weeniebeen that's AWESOME you got to see them!!  I've only gotten to see Jeremy solo in Pittsburgh a couple years ago, but it was AWESOME too... I can only imagine the whole damn gang.....

Sunny Day Real Estate - Shadows

And I see mjk mentioned Mazzy Star!! Hope is my woman  :)

Mazzy Star - I've Been Let Down(Full)

And BSSM definitely a solid.  Used to love driving around blasting this in my old blue Buick.....   :P

Apache Rose Peacock

"You fare weeeeelllll in shhhto'mie weathaaaaaa........"

This thread has put me on a Sunny Day roll.  I think that since they came at the tail end of the whole Seattle thing they tend to get overlooked.  And I think William kicks ass on drums no matter what Dave Grohl says.
I'm not saying it's easy...walking into sweet oblivion.

Haven't listened to that one in about 17 years.   ;D

Seriously, this time was the greatest era of hip hop.  I never understood the early 90's rock music.  Generally speaking, it was too unhappy for my taste.

A Tribe called quest - Jazz(We've Got) & Buggin' Out

Can You Put Your Soft Helmet On My Head

Penny Lane

the most important thing going on in the early 90's..
that i wished I'd had a clue about!

but come on...there's nothing sexy about poop. Nothing.  -bbill

I was very lucky to see them open for Uncle Neil, with Soundgarden at Pine Knob in '93.
We understand it's the '90s.

Jon I absolutely love that Fugazi clip; that whole scene is mind blowing to me.
Be the cliché you want to see in the world.

I love how everyone is right there, rocking out, without being a dick. And that's music to be a dick to if you really wanted to.

Also, WTF, Google?
