Have a great time, you guys!

I was going primarily for Wilco, too (also DBT and Tom Petty) but I decided to do the two Ohio shows instead. They're a lot easier for me to get to and the Lockn lineup isn't exactly my cup of tea.

I hope it's on vinyl.  Think any of it will be live?  The greatest hits doesn't overly excite me, because I am an album purist, but if it's live, I might change my mind.

I would imagine both releases will end up being pretty interesting. Wilco doesn't really seem like the band that would release a boring 15 song greatest hits with no added appeal. I could be wrong though
don't rock bottom, just listen just slow down...

And two nights at the Ryman in Nashville!!!!  Sadly, I can't make either of those runs, I'm already overcommitted to rock 'n' roll travel this fall.

Murph

Both Capitol Theatre shows sold out already.... fuck

bartel

need to add to the 20th anni tour like a little further south of the port chester.. philly!

Angelo

Yeah both Cap shows sold out in under an hour I think, crazy. I'm fortunate I was able to snag a pair for both nights. Really looking forward to this, especially since the shows are being billed as "An Evening With".

Wilco posted this on Twitter yesterday (Friday) so hopefully you'll get a third show:

"Port Chester 2x show sold out. Thanks everyone and watch this space for related news on Monday."

I saw the two Ohio shows this week and the band sounded great. They seemed genuinely happy to be back at it after an 11-month break. Lots of smiles. Jeff was having fun. Cars Can't Escape. Magazine Called Sunset. Good times.

Angelo

Not 1, not 2, but 3 shows at the Cap  :cheesy:

I got super lucky this morning and snagged two front-row Loge seats for night three. Good ones too. October is gonna be the shit!

Whoa...three "An Evening With" shows! Nice!

Nice!  It doesn't get much better than a three night run at the Cap
(well except for 4,5,6......night runs  )

Congrats Angelo. Enjoy the shows, and those sweet front row loges too.

It's killing me that I'm going to have to skip these shows. I was thinking of trying for the third night which goes on sale tomorrow but I just can't afford it. Also kinda tough to make it up to Port Chester cuz of work. I will need to see Wilco again soon but I would have loved to go to one of the shows at the Capitol.

Angelo

Yessir Eric. Hopefully next year we're there for a Jacket run.

The drum beat at 4:15 on Diamond Light Part I is fantastic.  I really like this record so far.  Probably going to pick it up on vinyl.
