Louisville Palace Ticketing Snafu

Hi Everyone,

First, thanks to those who expressed their concerns regarding the credit card snafu on Ticketmaster.  Had you not spoken up, we never would have known about it on our end.  Because of your diligence, we called ticketmaster and expressed our concerns and they discovered that there was indeed a problem accepting Visa/Mastercard for a period of about 30 minutes.  We cannot express to you how much we care about making sure that the process you go through to support the band and enjoy the shows.  We assure you that this issue was way beyond our control, but we did all we could to fix it as fast as possible.  Many continued thanks for your patience, passion and support.  Moving forward, we have been assured that this is a problem that will not happen again.

That's great CC, but any chance you can get Artist Arena to also accept Amex? Last time I had a Red Rocks ticket in my cart, but they only took Visa/MC, and I got skunked.

I was able to enroll in Roll Call using my Amex, and it would really suck if I couldn't purchase Roll Call tix with it, as it's the only card I have.

This is excellent news. No more Tm for me.  Hell that's worth the price of roll call right there.  The rest is just gravy.
