you know.. i stare at the half empty wall with my 2 of 5 T5 posters with spaces between for the other 3...

i feel it will be about 20 years before i'm able to track them all down for a reasonable price.. i guess i'm just bitter i didn't find a way to get a poster for the other 3 nights

gov't mule to play the beacon dec. 30th & 31st .. one venue down.

i'm still hoping for a tasty halloween show b/c if phish plays NYE, i'll be there. speaking of .. they are strongly rumored to play either MSG again or Miami. also, i really do not see MMJ playing MSG for NYE anyway.

Im all for a Halloween show. I'd love to go back and see NYC in the fall.


Headhunter, you're so right....NYC is a must for any band/tour. I just wish I was closer to NYC so I would have so many more concerts to go to. Not much going on in western PA!

I'm probably in the minority but I'm hoping for NO NYC NYE show - would much rather prefer some random December date.   (impossible to find babysitters, hotel costs are crazy, travel is a pain...)

Early Dec at MSG works for me!!

I totally understand the other hassles, but if you stay on the Jersey side, you can get a nice hotel at a decent price.

Last year for Phish at MSG we stayed at the Sheraton Meadowlands for $99.00. Took a free hotel shuttle to/from Secaucus Jct. Train Station, and took a N.J Transit train to Penn Station,NYC. One stop,nine minutes, and $4.00 each way.

im ready and willing to spend a lot of money for a Jacket show thats longer and filled with fun dance covers as well as maybe some old tunes. However, wasn't MSG 08 announced in like May or something?

I know, we're totally spoiled in NYC with MMJ.

I'm still hopeful for a NYE show, but Phish might be getting that room for 4 nights.

Wouldn't a Halloween show have been announced by now?  Unless they're doing a small venue, then they can still hold out.

Maybe they're waiting till the tour is complete to announce any additional US dates.

Anyone have any inside info?

Maybe an odd take, but the last MMJ events in NYC have generally been special, and I think we just need something "regular".

I have a bunch of people who want to see a true MMJ show. Now, they came to T5 EU night and have Okonokos, but they need to experience the whole thang, not just one album + snippets, ya know?

I bet they'll be making an announcement within the next week or 2.

Just guessing here:

Full winter tour, maybe some arena's in some bigger markets.

MSG will be the area date. 

I'm guessing that because they haven't done any multi-night runs since T5.

While I'd love multiple nights at a Beacon/Radio City, I can't see them doing it.

my one hope for any december dates that roll out that do not fall between xmas & nye:  SATURDAY SHOW PLEASE.

it's the only way i can make an east coast show during the work season.
