Agreed.  While I enjoy Shovels & Rope the most, Michael is my favorite of their solo endevaors.

agreed too.   While on my Shovels and Rope obsession I chewed through both solo albums and the combined "Shovels and Rope" (album not band).    All 3 are worth listening, although IMO her album is the least strong.    They still play a bunch of these songs live...
