Hi, just registered on here after doing some investigating into my lack of tickets (Manchester show). The same story as others on here: tickets not arrived yet, the phone number doesn't work, have emailed Artist Arena but no response.  :(

still no response from artist arena.to be honest im worried about getting into the show.seeing the tickets were purchased through a link on this site I really think someone shud sort this out ASAP.supposed to be looking forward to this gig not stressing about getting in!!!

Got an email from Artist Arena confirming that my tickets will be at the box office for collection tomorrow night, no word of a refund on the delivery charge though.

A big thanks to everyone on this forum for their help in resolving this issue, i look forward to the gig and seeing the band on Later Live tonight.
