I almost freaked out when I read NO Jazz Fest Food. i thought you meant, No Food. ahh. My coworker went to jazz fest last year and cant stop raving about the Crawfish Monica. i will def try this out. he also mentioned bread pudding.

LOL...sorry about that.  I went back and spelled it out.  Don't want anyone thinking that there isn't food there...

The crawfish monica is good...if you're going to get it, try to get it early-ish.  You'll avoid some of the longer lines and you'll be there before they run out.  I'd guess that Springsteen day will be a sell-out day for this dish.
