Let me know if you need a hotel for Boston or Port Chester. I have most of you down for a hotel.

I'll probably sign the contract on Monday or Tuesday. Once I get all the information, I will first likely send out PMs on the Forum or send you a direct message on FB with the reservation information. This way, if you're on the list, you will be guaranteed the room rate when you reserve.

I'll then post the information publicly at the end of the week, giving everyone a couple of days to book their hotels.

For those going to Boston, I have only blocked off 25 rooms because the hotel as an 80% attrition policy.  This means that if we don't have 20 rooms filled by our arrival, we - more specifically I - incur a penalty of $150 a night per room not filled to 20.  For example, if we only fill 18 rooms of our allotment, the penalty would be:

2 rooms X 2 nights X $149 = $596 + taxes.

So in short, I hope everyone keeps their reservation.

Now while I only have blocked off 25 rooms and there are 27 people listed for Boston, if we exceed the blocked room, the hotel will give the rate if they have availability.

For those already with existing reservations, you can call the hotel to have the group code applied.  You might also be able to do to this online, but I'll find out first and let you know.

Port Chester - $116 a night + taxes.  Total savings - $99 for 3 nights (or $33 / night)

Boston - $149 a night + taxes.  Total savings - $120 for 2 nights ($20 for Dec. 30 and $100 for Dec. 31)
