Looks like Cobra is crushing golden.   I'm a little surprised.   I'm pretty sick of Golden and am happy it's no longer a guaranteed on the setlists, but I respect it's historical significance like almost no other song.   I guess it depends what we are voting for.   Song we like better?   Song we most want to hear at next concert?    To borrow from another thread, I'd never recommend a newbie listen to Cobra.   They'd never get through it without losing patience. 

I'm overthinking it, huh?

Not at all.  I'm thinking along the same lines.  Cobra is good, epic, used to be rare.  But Golden is more accessible and, while overplayed to nuts like us with 20+ shows under our belts, pretty classic acoustic MMJ.
