OK, but why?  Haha!  Anyone able to offer the etymology of the word? (Too curious for my own good)

ETA: OK, forget it. I looked the term up. I get it now.  :undecided: I thought, at first, it was a forum specific slang. Thanks NN!
Babe, let's get one thing clear, there's much more stardust when you're near.

What a fun night. So great to meet so many new faces from the forum. Truly a wonderful group of people.
Highlights for me were the Cobra intro>Run Thru. What a monster. And then the Phone was the best I've seen live. Amazing jam at the end.
Here's my crappy little vid from the NYE countdown. Place went ballistic during that Holiday. Sorry for the harsh cut on OBH, but i couldn't contain myself any longer.  :cheesy:

I got chills around the 2:15 mark when the balloons drop and you can hear the opening notes of OBH. I can't imagine how much fun that must've been!

Jim sang one song with the PHJB.

I'm guessing St. James Infirmary?

Can anyone confirm the name of the song?

It was St. James Infirmary

I know for fact that the sax player sang "I went down to the St James infirmary, saw my baby lyin there..." During the song AFTER Jim left the stage. For that reason I was thinking that he didn't sing SJI

I have the song on my iPod and I can definitely confirm it was SJI

... and Dillsnufus you're no less than a hero for posting all of those amazing videos from the last few nights.  Such high quality and right on the rail - it doesn't get any better!!

Hmm I think the song with JJ might be mislabeled on iTunes?

They were two diff versions of SJI. Jim's first and the PHJB did a speedier version right after, but same song.
Oh shit, run!

3 nites in Port Chester was not enough. Last night was amazing. How could it not be?

I took my longtime bud whose never really listened to the boys and he had a fucking blast.

The one thing you'll always see at MMJ concerts is gigantic smiles across everyone's faces. It's impossible not to.

And whoever the guy is that was in F2, row J, on the aisle (near me).....kudos to you, buddy.  You certainly get your money's worth.  Dancing up a storm and sweating bullets.  I had just as much fun watching you as I did the band.

pretty sure that was Daniel (forum name Midwesterner)

Welp that solves that.
don't rock bottom, just listen just slow down...

That was a party ! Great Show.  Equal to MSG NYE in my mind. The Pressy guys were so great also, purfect warm up for those that got there asses in time. Here's a crappy iphone vid of St. James Infirmary. Venue rules on the camera's and international id's bummed us out. No service without passports ! good thing we snuck in some

Great crowd, everyone so friendly on NYE.  Cheers to 13 y'all.

Hungry Heart with PHJB! So great. We were hoping for a Bruce cover after this tweet earlier in the fall!

Here it is, in its entirety, our cover of ELO's Telephone Wire

We were in F5 right in front of the sound board.

I agree about the dance party but am a little jealous of the people on the aisles.

The string of covers in the encore was just priceless, and I don't think I've ever been part of that kind of balloon & confetti drop with the house lights up. 'One Big Holiday' was perfect for that moment.

This might explain the two versions of St. James Infirmary, for those of you who are interested.
