I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.

me too. not really impressed with the headliners, but I'd be excited any chance to see Isbell. and I've never seen any incarnation of SKM. and I like Jenny Lewis and never seen her. This list has great potential if we can add one amazing headliner!

If the third headliner is something like The National, Arcade Fire, Jack White, etc. and if they added a couple fun bands like Dr. Dog, Deer Tick, etc.  I would definitely be on board for at least a one day pass depending on the schedule.

Arcade Fire is playing Louisville in like two weeks that would seem unlikely

The winds are blowing in the direction of me selling my weekend pass.

I wonder who the third big headliner will be.  Do you guys really think it's Modest Mouse?  I'm hoping for something else.

Well they pretty much just confirmed that I wasn't lied to about Beck.

Yeah I saw that today.  Beck would be interesting to see, but hopefully there's another act on the bill this year that will pull me in.

I'm stoked for beck. Dudes modern classic in himself and I've never seen him. A third, non EDM headliner of the outkast/beck caliber would be make this line up amazing

Great news about Beck.

Do we still think there is any hope for MMJ at Forecastle this year?
My heart can't wait to meet you on the other side.

I don't think so.  I have no idea who the third headliner could be.  Eric says that Modest Mouse has been rumored, but that's about it.

Since Jacket is probably not happening, and Wilco is a stretch, I would like to see The National, Jack White, or Radiohead.

This last headliner will basically confirm me going to or skipping the waterfront this year.  There is a special forecastle takeover tomorrow.  Hopefully that means a big name is doing it.

I think 2015 is going to be one hell of a year for live shows.  New MMJ and Wilco will be enough for me!

excited about beck.  i kind of agree it's unlikely mmj will make any formal festival appearances this summer....but anyone think there's any possibility of a late night set at forecastle (a la string cheese last year)?

ajclements004

I had a girl write one of my FB posts today that she thought MMJ's set at Forecastle was boring and that Beck is going to be a lot better this year. HAHAHA GOOD ONE

Fully

Well I am excited about Beck, but MMJ's set was definitely not boring two years ago. I'm still holding out hope that they'll be back. We'll see.

You can add Band of Horses to the lineup.

I was thinking last night that they are doing a really good job keeping the third headliner under wraps this year (if it isn't Modest Mouse), so maybe there still is a slight chance for a surprise from Jacket.  I still doubt it though.  Next Tuesday!

If they count BoH as a headliner, I'm gonna be bummmmmed

Band of Horses is playing total acoustic on their tour, so I hope they don't consider them a headliner.  Beautiful music acoustically, but very laid back.

Till Tuesday..........Great 80's band

LBSUNFLWR

I'd be thrilled to get to see a set from Band of Horses at Forecastle!!

None of the headliners appeal to me so I am banking on 6-7 good bands I like playing earlier in the night each night. I'd be ok with that. And I'd go see Beck or Outkast or Modest Mouse but none of them excite me...
