My husband and I each got an email with codes.

If you still haven't received your codes call Cloud 9 directly at 561-368-8922.  Super helpful and got them immediately.

I payed for the download, saw that NUgster thing but can't figure out how to get the music I paid for on the OBH shows.  Now it seems to be gone from the download.  Only my receipt remains.

What to do?

I sincerely have sympathy for you. Broken anticipation sucks. Rest assured, the MP3's are WORTH THE WAIT. Having Bob Loblaw calling Saul (see a few posts up) did make me chuckle though.

I never received the codes today and called (not really Saul) and they sent them to me in 5 minutes... I just received another email a few moments ago and it was the original email with the codes!!?? So possibly, you may still receive them tonight? Keep checking your inbox!

Yep, still didn't work.  It was in my stash but even after downloading Nugster and refreshing my browser, it still wouldn't work.

Big thanks to Johnny Yac for coming thru to help a brother out.  Friday nights are too special to spend them getting frustrated.

Yac coming thru again as usual.  He's the man.

I had that issue once when I downloaded a show and it went to a place on my computer that I couldn't find.  I clicked on "stash" and and then found a file and got it to work.  I'm not a computer specialist and was frustrated.

I had just sat at our PC to open the email to download the shows and I got an emergency service call... Almost 4 hours later I'm sitting once again in front of my pc...

...only now I'm stage-right, 20 feet back. Smelling the Ocean and holding my wife's hand!
