Roll Call Deluxe Members will have access to purchase regular concert tickets starting at monday March 9, 10am local time. Members who still have an active membership from last year will have access at this time as well.

Roll Call Digital Members will have access to purchase regular concert tickets starting at 10:30am local time.

Tickets will be sold directly on http://mymorningjacket.com/events and will not require a pre-sale code.

Q: When will my membership apply if I bought it as a part of a Waterfall Bundle?
A: If your membership was a part of a Waterfall Bundle ordered off of My Morning Jacket's merch store, you will get an email on Friday with a code to redeem your membership. We recommend redeeming it as soon as you get it so that you have time to familiarize yourself with the site before the pre sale next week. Please note that the cutoff to receive a membership redemption code before the pre sale is 12pm PST on Friday, March 6th. Anyone who orders a bundle after this time will not have access to the pre sale. Redeem membership code here: http://mymorningjacket.com/redeem

Q: Does my preexisting membership grant me access to the pre-sale?
A: Yes, all fan club members with an active subscription who renewed prior to 2015 will have access to the pre sale at 10am local time. You can check on your expiration date here: http://mymorningjacket.com/account

Q: How do I access the pre sale?
A: To access the pre sale, you need to be an active fan-club member. Fan-club members need to log into their account to access the concert ticket pre sale. During the pre sale, tickets are expected to sell quickly. Once tickets are added to a shopping cart, members have 12 mins to process the order. If the tickets are not purchased, they will be released back to the general public allotment. The system may list "Sold Out" when all inventory is in shopping carts.

Q: How many tickets can I buy?
A: There is a 4 ticket limit.

Q: What do I do if tickets for my date sell out?
A: Only a limited number of tickets are being sold during the fan-club pre sale. If tickets for your date sell out, there will be another chance to purchase tickets during the general on sale on 3/13/15.

Thank you very helpful - if I buy a multi-night pack do you receive all of the tickets night one or some kind of wrist band thing - I was wanting to take different people with me between night one and two but would love the same seats.

For the shows at Chicago Theatre June 9-11 the event page says that "please note: there will be multiple ticket options for this show (general admission pit, reserved orchestra and multi-day tickets)" - ...so, for the multi-day tickets option what section will the seats be in- GA pit or reserved orch?

They say you'll have the same seat so my guess would be it's reserved orchestra.
Not sure though, there might be options for both.

I renewed my membership on 3/2/15, the new Waterfall bundles came out the next day.

Does this mean I am completely shut out of any pre-sale?

As i understand you only get a code to activate your membership if you bought it as a part of The Waterfall Bundle. Did you get that or just the Roll Call membership?

WHAT? I bought it by itself because I can't drop 120$ on a bundle and buy concert tickets before the next payday.

I'm sorry, but for what reason did I buy a Roll Call membership? I even bought the Deluxe for the extra half-hour, and I couldn't care less about the shirt and the poster.

In this case you don't need a code to activate your membership.

Not sure though, there might be options for both.

I think the actual word "seats" is just a being used as a synonym for "ticket." I think it just means whatever you select for the multi night ticket is what you'll get for all three nights. No mixing, and matching unless you did that for each single show separately.

We'll have to wait and see but I think we'll see a reserved/ga pit option as well as a single night/multi night option. In other words select the ticket type you want then select 1 or 3 nights.

I think the key word there is "active". I'm with you on never knowing what to expect from the old ground ctrl, but I'm sure you're good to go on the presales.

Pre sale tickets for Minneapolis aren't available until 3/23? that's kind of a bummer!
