yeah... considering I *only* purchased the upgrade to a Deluxe Membership for the ticket pre-sales and don't really care about any of the other merch that comes with it, I definitely don't feel like I got my $60 worth right now.

sure I got tickets, but I got way better ones through the venue presale and WAY easier at that.

(However, I wouldn't be surprised if some deluxe Roll Call members who were "successful" in the first presale aren't too pleased with the apparently much better selection of seats in this presale.)

Yeah, I am steamed.  I'll be back in row fucking P while all the rest of world is in front of me.  What a waste of money for my roll call membership.

Just wanted to chime in like everyone else that today's presales was so smooth after Monday's debacle.   Got tickets in row a for Friday and row dd for Saturday. All's well that ends well.

I definitely get your frustration on the ticket front but if you go to any GA shows as a RC member I think you'll be happy with the early entry perc. It's great to be up front if you want or find whatever spot you like before the crowd rushes in. If you do get up front it's really cool to be sharing the show with Roll Callers all around you. A great group of people at every show I've been to, who look out for each other, and have no problem letting you back to your spot or holding it for you.

That more than any RC merch is what makes being a RC member worth it for me.  Access to the Soundcheck parties is also a biggie for me. I know not everyone looks at it the same way, but having been down this road before I never count on getting great seats or tix to every show I want. If I get lucky in the presales that's a bonus. Hopefully someday that'll change and we'll have more tix available to us, and real good ones too.

The only problem with this is half the time the venues know nothing about Roll Call early entry and you have to argue with them to even let you in. It's basically up to us to get in and make it work. It is worth it to me as well. Though none of the shows I am going to this tour are GA.
Mona Lisa must'a had the highway blues, you can tell by the way she smiles.

yeah, the GA thing is nice and makes sense... but sadly our shows here are all seated.

I agree in the beginning it was rough, and it certainly could've been run better with some help from Grnd Ctrl but as the tours progressed, it got a bit better. Especially at venues that were played before or multi night stands. MPP, and Brooklyn were fine,  PC was crazy night 1 but night 2 was better, and 3 was fine. Here's hoping this tour they have it down pat, and it runs smooth everywhere.

APR made me an offer I couldnt refuse so I'm flying out to Minneapolis for these shows!  I look forward to seeing some friends and meeting some new ones.

Logged onto general public sale at 10am this morning and picked up OrchPit Center Row CC for both nights via the 2 night bundle option!

I did have to catch and release several times before I got these, the first tix they offered me were in balcony.

Needless to say I'm psyched.

I tricked him into thinking he could write the setlists.
