My pleasure, folks. I think the CD gets released early next year, so I imagine it won't be available until sometime around then.

aMD

is it just me or is jim singing in a higher register or *gasp* maybe even tweaked higher in this studio version? just a smidgen?

Aww gawd I'll go to bed with a smile on my mug tonight.  Seems reverb-less--yes(?)
Sittin' here with me and mine.  All wrapped up in a bottle of wine.

Mojo Feb '07:
"...check My Morning Jacket's cover of Makes No Difference, which showcases Bo Koster's shimmering keyboard work, a perfect update on Richard Manuel's original piano chords"

High praise indeed, completely justified! We love you Bo!

Yep, Bo knows him some keys and I was pretty pissed off about him not makeing the cut for Rukus, I mean who says you can't have two keyboard players anyway.  Man, that is one totally badass picture there Meister.  Who took that one?
There's Still Time.........

Yer I thought the same thing about Bo not being in Elizabethtown, real shame.

The pic was taken by our very own CC Baxter! (London Astoria, Sept 22 06)

I have my clock radio set to WFPK here in Louisville and this morning at 8 o'clock when the damn thing went off, I awoke to this song! Excellent way to start off the day.

From allmusic.com:
"Guster's reverent and moving read of "This Wheel's on Fire," opens the set; it's a beautiful place to start because it's followed in true Band fashion by Hornsby's swinging, funky rendition of "King Harvest," only to be underscored by My Morning Jacket's "It Makes No Difference." It's true that nobody could sing this song like Rick Danko, but it's played with such understated passion and tension that it's as necessary a cover as there ever has been."
