while watching 6/3/03 show on the tube the other day, i noticed that during "phone" Jim adds a little verse in that i've never heard before. And is he speaking French?
It starts around the 2:50 mark.

It sounds like he forgot the lyrics, maybe? Or just started shouting incoherently to spice it up?

Other than that, I've got no idea as to what he's saying

It's pretty clear that he's saying "He lo a dingo if I glowwwwww!"
