so, we have a while to wait until the next album rolls around (I'm thinking at least a year).  But, we know of three releases that should be coming down the pike and tiding us jacket thirsty fans over until the next album. So I thought I'd list them so that we can all anxiously await these releases instead of the one that will be out in a couple years from now probably. Also anyone with additional information on these releases please post it.

1) Mont de Sundua

+Plus two possible releases+

4) Bonaroo '06
'05 came out well after the performance so I was hoping 06 will as well.   This was an epic performance and to have it in CD quality would be more than worth the price of the download.  However, I asked their manager if they had any plans to release it and he said no.   :(

5) the George Harrison Sessions
recorded in 2001.  this is not an official title.  This is another album that was intended to be released a long time ago, but blah blah blah... There is a rough version of this album but Jim has talked about rerecording some of it or even recording more tracks if and when they release it. The tracklist of the current version is:
(1) behind that locked door (released elsewhere and available on the comp)
(2) long, long, long
(3) if not for you
(4) love you to
(5) my sweet lord
(6) let it roll
(7) all things pass

The DARK

I would die to hear some Month of Sundays stuff!

And Bonnaroo 06 more than deserves an official release. With nothing omitted. Such a beast of a show would make up for no Bonnaroo this year.

TEO

No MMJ=no 'Roo for TEO this year.

3) Bonaroo '06
'05 came out well after the performance so I am hoping 06 will as well.  In fact, I believe I remember getting some second hand info from the band that they were going to release it but were going to wait until okonokos had been out a while for obvious reasons.  This was an epic performance and to have it in CD quality would be more than worth the price of the download.  Again, I don't know specifics about dates.

I'd pay top dollar for a CD quality of this. I'd love to see some sort of DVD release also. Yes I am being greedy.

bethofftherecord

yes, please.  i say release all three suggestions.

bonnaroo 06 was a masterpiece.  i couldn't have picked a better set list or performance.  i just keeping smiling and smiling.  if it was released i would buy it and enjoy the music and the memories!!!   :-*
nothing can be changed except ourselves

The DARK

Check Mont De Sundua off the list!

I didn't check it of the list, but I did move it up to the first position and update the info.  That's one down and two to go!

The DARK

If we can assume that Tennesse Fire and At Dawn Demos are not an elaborate hoax...2 down, one to go!

yeah, and I asked their manager if they planned on releasing bonnaroo and he said no.  so it looks like we'll have to be happy with the two we already have.

If you're lucky, MMJ will fill the void you didn't even know you ever had. If you're luckier, you'll get to see them live.

I checked my CD player and 12" is just not going to work.  Can I get that in 4-11/16"?
I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.

Thanks Riny.  I updated the original post.  The title of the thread can remain the same though.

I added the Harrison album.  I was just thinking since Jim has his own label now and if they take a while to get the new album produced, then perhaps this might be a good time to finally release this album.  Probably just wishful thinking but whatever.
