A lie is not always a bad thing, as it must lead to a truth!

If only the fans were allowed to be a foot or 2 closer to the stage, Jim could've just fallen into our arms~ Dammit man~ I hope he's all right. Anyhow, I cannot WAIT for New Years! I bet you guys are stoked too!  Can I come backstage at Madison Square, pretty please? There's definitely a will, where's the way?   ;D
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others

We take our fans and performances very seriously, and would never cancel a show unless it was absolutely necessary.  Please know that we will be making every effort to return to your fine city.

First off I'm sorry to hear about Jim. But please tell me what was so important to cancel the Bozeman show than?  Also why the hell can't I return my tickets from Chi-town to ticketmaster.  IMO this band treats their fans like shit.

$220 Tickets + $650 inTravel and Hotels + 14 hours of travel = Nothing from the band.

I don't think you should use that kind of language on a board with such passionate, devoted fans.

If you want to ease your pain, go over to the Memberpics board and check out Tom's Befborstel. It's fantastic.

But whatever you do, don't bash the band.

I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.

Well that's just like...your opinion, man.

Wait a minute, you got the $220 back for the tickets right?  And did you still travel not knowing it was cancelled?

I was able to return some tickets and get my money back.  No, this wasn't an ideal situation, but the band can't be responsible for people too stupid to figure out how to get a ticket refund.

Ticketbastard won't refund my chitown tickets because I bought them from a third party (I bought them for face from another message board).  I still don't even know if I got a refund for my Bozeman tickets. All I'm saying is the band should not say they won't cancel a show unless it was absoulutely necessary, when they canceled the Montana show due to ticket sales (that what I assume) a couple weeks before this. Sorry for the rant. I just want to see these boys live, but they're making it impossible for me.

They aren't trying to make it impossible for you to see them, Jim just...you know...had some pretty serious internal trauma to deal with? Falling from a 12 foot stage by accident can take its toll on a guy.

And that's the first I've heard about the Montana show. More details?

That's not Ticketmaster's fault; that's your fault.  Not giving refunds because you bought from a third party is standard policy for a lot of businesses.  You are not a customer of Ticketmaster; thus, you need to find the person from who you purchased.  THAT PERSON is responsible for doing business with you, not Ticketmaster.

Quite simply, it is idiotic for you to expect Ticketmaster to give you a refund if you didn't purchase from them.
