Sticky...puh-leeze.  Lakes?  Wolves?  Bears?  Yeah, we've got all those, too.  They live in our forests, except for the bears which have decided that the suburbs are nicer.

We've got the ocean and for those from the mid-west,  we've got lakes too.  And, how does Manahawkin strike you? ;)  Indian names, beaches, mountains, lakes, gardens, farms, access to major cities, etc.  We got it all!  Didn't want to have to get in to this conversation, but I am Jersey proud.  Born and raised, baby!   Plates on the car read NJ XPAT. :)

I grew up near dairy and vegetable farms.  Hit the beaches in the summer, the slopes in the winter.  NYC and Philly easy to get in to and out of...Michigan ain't got nothin' on Jersey!  ;)  

And, as for blowing up I blew up over Jazz Fest.  I'm just now getting myself back together.  ;)

Sticky and all the mid-westerners:  all in jest.  Though NJ is better than your state.   :D  ;)
