The man has taste! Lotta stuff I don't know but want to check out now...
Notice a certain song by a certain band not unfamiliar to all of us.

Jellyfish

Damn,he's playing some good stuff for the walk in...I have heard a couple cuts off his new CD and was very surprised that I liked it....I had given up on him when he got sooooo popular..will prolly pick up the new CD soon.

yeah, thanks for posting this.  Jellyfish, when did Bruce get so popular, around 1976?  That's a long time to give up on a band.  I think that Bruce is a legend.  Sure he's a little cheesy but what goes better with beer than a little rock 'n' roll cheese!?!  (Strange song selection though, I wonder how they settled on Death is the Easy Way?)

I was speaking of the "Born In The USA" and "The River" period....I just got burned out on him...everywhere you turn there he was...no disrespect intended...my fav album of his from that period was "Nebraska"...an all acoustic album....a total turnaround from what he had been recording.

Don't give up on him because he is to popular! Reach back to The Wild The Innocent And The E Street Shuffle, Darkness On The Edge Of Town, Nebraska, Tracks or even Born To Run (or a good bootleg from his 1978 tour)and rock out with The Boss!
And he likes MMJ, you got to love him

Tonnel Of Love because of the title track. I like how it winds around. Has some cool changes in it too. It rocks. I did a cover of his One Step Up song and it turned out to be a meditation piece that kinda went 17 minutes long. Love both of those songs.
