QuoteMy top three, in random order.

Why everyone slept on Frightened Rabbit, I'll never know.  (Too blinded by Vampire Weekend as they wore the emperor's new clothes?)  This was amazing.

Deastro gave me faith in music.  These songs were recorded by him, on his own, while he was a teenager living in his parents' house -- and they're better than what most artists on major labels end up producing.  This was even released by emusic originally because he was unsigned.  Thankfully, he was signed by Ghostly International by the end of the year.  So there is some justice in the world.

Need I say more?

More to come...

I'll definitely be snagging your first two when my eMusic subscription renews on the 16th. the album art alone on Daestro makes me pretty happy.
The river is moving. The blackbird must be flying.

I love this song!!!

God will forgive them. He'll forgive them and allow them into Heaven.....I can't live with that.
