Ok, so the panthers are really starting to piss me off.  0-2?!?!?!  That's ridiculous!!!  If they don't win their next game, I'm going to ride with San Diego for the rest of the season.  Philip Rivers is doing AWESOME and, of course, L. T. is still holding it down.

What's everyone elses take so far?

I'm so impressed with my Vikings, but next week against the Bears is going to be quite the test.  Thankfully it's at home.

hard to fucking tell with the colts.  they've proven they can go all season and play well, then fuck up big time in the playoffs.  i don't think they've really played great so far, just had the luck of playing inferior teams.  time will tell, i s'pose...

The Titans coaching staff is pissing me off. If we are going to be losing anyway, then dammit, take Kerry Collins out of there and put in Vince Young so he can get the experience.
Hold my life until I'm ready to use it

The Ravnes look awfully nasty, if Mcnair can stay healthly the will be a player in the end. That said I am a Bengals fan and thrilled to be 2-0, although we may have had a few key injuries today. Its Squelers week!
i kinda think right now is a pretty good time to just sit down and sing people some mother-fuckin songs

Hey, I thought you were a Titans fan!   ;)

Saints fan since 1970 (6 years old). In fact, I remember Archie Manning's first game against the Rams (then Los Angeles) in 1971 and he ran it in on the last play of the game to win 24-20. We watched on TV but  recorded the game on cassette (not video cassette, audio cassette!!) and my brothers and neighbors and I would play the final drive on the cassette player and act it out. I don't think I ever got to be Archie, I was always a Ram.

Ahhhh, those were the days!

And now, ironically, I am a St. Louis Rams fan.  My favorite moment being "The Tackle" against what I thought were your Titans in the greatest Super Bowl of all time. :D

(Archie looks a bit more like Eli there than Peyton, I think.  Nice pic.)

ARG!!!! What happened to them last night?  Lowest scoring game EVER in monday night football?  Steelers defense was lookin good, but their offense never put anything together.

What a disappointment.

Roethlesberger (sp?) was apparently running a fever yesterday before the game.
The post-game interview was kinda funny because he was telling the reporter that he felt good about seeing everything, but he just wasn't able to connect on some of the plays where he felt like he should have. He was being really positive about everything. Then she asked if he still had a fever and he replied, "I'm not feeling very well".... so I'm not completely convinced that he even knew where he was last night.

Its been all over ESPN radio today about Big Ben and his supposed not feeling well and him having 104 degree temperature. I think that is the worst excuse ever for a piss poor offensive performance. People need to give the Jags credit for holding  a good Steelers ground game to 26 yrds rushing and the hell with Big Ben and his temperature.  Also if he felt so bad why not start Batch?

That's what I was thinking. Also, him feeling bad doesn't have much to do with how the backs ran the ball. It doesn't take much to hand the ball to someone, even if you are sick.

Can't win 'em all. Ground game never got goin, and when it doesn't, we usually lose. Jags are a former division-rival, and always seem to give the Steelers problems.
