I haven't back read, anybody down with the show "Meet The Natives" on Travel Channel?  it's on right now and I'm checkin it out.  it's interesting and funny seeing the natives reactions to our culture, It'll be interesting what they think by the end of their little journey.  it feels like travel channel is sort of exploiting them but at the same time it's one of the sweetest ideas for a reality show so far. haha.  check it out if you get a chance peoples.

His character in Bored to Death would give Sam Malone a run for his money in the cocky, juvenile and womanizing departments.

Good point!   ;D  Although I saw him as more of mid life crisis kind of guy.  He was rich and successful but just wanted to have fun.  I don't think he was so much cocky and womanizing as he was just letting his hair down.  He loved his ex-wife and he never acted snobbish towards anyone below him in his workplace or during their various adventures.    Wow, I'm digging a little to deep for a TV show aren't I?

Although Danson's George Christopher character has a giant paiting of himself on his wall. Perhaps I should have said he is extremely self-centred (Canadian spelling).

i thought the pilot was kind of weak, but the next 5 episodes had me in near tears. i liked how they started it off late and kind of threw in some actual football stuff. its def was a lot better than I expected. Hopefully it gets renewed, I could def see it blowing up a la Always Sunny between now and next season.

has anybody here ever watched that show "psychic kids" on A&E? I think the host hypnotizes the kids or something through suggestion.  it almost seems like brainwashing.  oh the power of suggestion.

I actually enjoyed The League better than this season of It's Always Sunny.  I really do hope they renew it.

EDIT:  I love Taco.  Have you seen any of Jon Lajoie's youtube videos?  I used to watch all of them so when I first saw the league, I was psyched that he was on the show and got a real gig.

Any Archer fans?  Sophmoric? Yes.  Dumb dude humor?  Yes.  I love it.

I think I still have a couple Always Sunny's to watch from last season, but I think I agree that almost all of the League episodes were better than just about any episode of Sunny last season.

I had seen a few of Jon Lajoie's vids on Funny or Die awhile back, but didnt recognize it was him until I saw the credits. The dude who plays Andre was on that show Human Giant with Aziz Ansari. And since seeing the show, Ive seen stand up on tv from the other 2 guys Nick Kroll and Steve Ranazzisi..Pretty solid core for the show.

I think Lajoie is actually doing stand up in Pittsburgh some weekend in the near future. Might try to catch that. Never seen stand up live despite loving it.
