Just got back from North Georgia/South Tennessee for some hiking and some White Water Rafting.  Found out that they sell Fat Tire in Tennessee now!  Picked up a couple of sixers of it as well as a couple sixers of their Summer Seasonal.  I was excited to find out that I could get it up there, but the best part was that it was only my third favorite beer that I had on my trip.  And, the other two I brought from home and can get whenever I want!  #1 being Two Hearted followed by DogfishHead 60min.

I LOVE me some 2 Heart! Out of all of the Midwestern Beers I exposed my VT Phish Phriends to that was one of their faves... :)

Quoteive had one for a while and i cant really tell a difference between it and a pint glass in taste.... its cool looking but with the curved lip i always end up wearing my beer before i am even wasted

I poured a PBR in one the other day and it tasted like a Hopslam... ;) ;D :)

I NEED to try 2-Hearted ASAP...I haven't seen it in town here but I saw it at a small gas station in a town about 20 miles away...that town is in Illinois, and i'm in Iowa...not sure if that is the problem...if it's as good as advertised it would call for a special trip
We could.

Schlafly APA (green, fresh, drinkable), Sierra Nevada Torpedo (one of my all time faves) and Hopslam (damn near getting to collector status in this here parts). It was a great haul... :)

Schlafly APA is currently my favorite beer - it's especially great if you can get it at the Tap Room downtown out of the cask! Damn living in Oklahoma! That's OK, I'm heading to beer heaven (Ft. Collins, CO) tomorrow for a week.  :D

Tell me how the Fort Collins trip goes. My brother and I plan on going out there next year to tour some breweries. So make sure to fill me in!

Stay thirsty, my friend.

I love hearing about the two-hearted love, especially sine I think I turned some people around here onto it.  I'm polishing off a fuller's ESB and then going to drink some Rogue's Dead Mean Ale.  Mmmmmmm.....

Fuller's is good stuf. They make a special brew, Fuller's 1845 I think is the name, that is beyond good.

I just finished off my last Two-Hearted and Dead Guy last night :'(

Anyone tried Dale's Pale Ale?  It's the best beer out there that only comes in a can!

Hawkeye

I tried a 2-Hearted a few weeks ago...it was as good as advertised  :)  Honestly it tasted a LOT like the home brew I made.  I think mine may have been even hoppier.  I also like me some Dead Mean Ale!  They just got it in at the local bar, at the expense of Hackerr Pschorr, unfortunately
We could.

Soulshine

Last night I had Kasteel Rouge Belgian Amber- brewed in cherries, yum!
and
Morimoto Soba Ale
Because we're all in this together...

NoVa_NoLa

Still indulging in a variety of Lagunitas brews...currently drinking a bomber of Lucky 13 -- A Mondo Large Red Ale.  It's actually not as flavorful as I expected.  Might just be this bottle...it's a nice beer, but so far not a favorite.

A Little Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale
ABV: 7.7%
Way smooth and silky with a nice wheaty-esque-ish-ness. Just the little sumpin' sumpin' we all need to kick Summer into full swing!

Approx. Release – May 2009

despite he ABVs, I succumbed to 5 of these tonight...tasty beers.  ;)

Nice!  Love the name!
I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.

Founders Double Trouble, Grand Rapids, MI. REALLY nice IIPA. Very Hoppy with no sweet ass Barley finish. Smooth, and at 9.4% you know it is Bangin'... :)

Glad that you got a little sumpin' sumpin' ALady  ;D  Gotta confess that the description belongs to Lagunitas.  I just copied and pasted.   :)

Surly Furious sounds like it might be up my alley!
