Dan in Real Life (also wonderful)
Lars and the Real Girl (absolutely brilliant. and beautiful. perfect movie)

LOVED Lars and the Real Girl.  my husband thinks ryan gosling looks like jim james.   i guess kinda?  i like movies where they don't tell you exactly what is going on.  good one!

Such an amazing story. Actually, about an hour ago took the boy to the local comic/fantasy shop to look for something and they had a uberspecial version of the Watchmen there, but it was $75 bucks. Sorry to hear about the release date change. That seems really odd. It will be on DVD here by then.

I've recorded Slither on my HD-PVR and can't wait to watch it, although the NHL playoffs and Blue Jays baseball have put my film watching on the back-burner. Long live Nathan Fillion.

I fucking love Firefly. Make sure you watch Serenity after you finish the series; a nice way to cap it all off. Joss Wheadon is a genius.
