FINAL UPDATE:

So after much thought, discussion, debate, and consideration: it looks like Bar Taco is going to be the location of our pre-game.

As I posted above, I spoke to the manager yesterday afternoon and she told me that they won't have a problem accommodating a group of our size and that the bar is about 3 city blocks from the venue.

Also, from sounds of it; the food and atmosphere are good, and we will have a better over all experience at Bar Taco than we would at Buffalo Wild Wings.

In the event that Bar Taco gets too packed, we can always pick up shop, grab some 40's, and hang in front of the venue until show time.

So with all that being said, here are the final deetz for the pre-game.  I will also post this information on the first page of the thread.

So they don't have a t.v. - however they said that they do have a projector that they take out for football games.  The lady I spoke to made it sound like they might be willing to do that for our party - but no promises on that front.

Sorry about the t.v. situation.  I tried to gauge the importance of the t.v.s through this thread but only got few responses one way or another. Ultimately, I think the group as a whole will be happier at Bar Taco than at BWW.

Good to know!  I think since the venue has been discussed, debated, and finally posted to a number of different message boards as bar taco -  we should start the hang there.  If for some reason it doesn't work out, we can always pick up and move.  Maybe we hit the pizza joint right before the show either way if it is super close!

I live in Westchester and put my two cents in a few weeks back.  Bar Taco is a great place with a good vibe.  The food isn't that expensive, but the drinks are.  A margarita pitcher is close to 50 dollars, so be prepared. 
As mentioned BWW is the same everywhere, but it might be a better space for such a large crowd, especially if you don't want to spend 50-100 on pre-game.   If you want to get some cheap good local grub try Q or the mexican place across the street from the venue.  I haven't been to Coals, but I've heard good things.  It's a second location for them, the other one is in the city.

I hear you man, and thanks for the input!  But where we are at right now, I still think it makes sense to start at Bar Taco since we finally made a decision after a couple weeks of discussion, and the meeting spot has already been posted to a couple of different boards.  I don't want to keep changing it, and than have people be confused and not be able to show. We always have the option of leaving and going elsewhere if it doesn't work out.

Does anyone want to meet up before the shows on the 27th or 28th?  I'm thinking lunch on the 27th because I want to line up early to get the rail.  But I'd be happy to meet up for an early dinner on the 28th.
