is there any info on where this is being streamed? sorry if this has already been posted.

Read back in the thread. Somebody more helpful than me posted a link.
Kyle posted this a little while back:

from AT&T's press release

As a NCAA Corporate Champion, AT&T continues to connect our fans with their interests and passions — fans of all ages will enjoy the music and the experience of the AT&T Block Party headlined by Zac Brown Band," said Jamie Kerr, Director, AT&T Corporate Sponsorships. "We have a number of fun and interactive activities planned throughout the week for fans in Atlanta and for those following the events online and via social media channels including a live stream of the concert on the AT&T Facebook page.

I've never seen anything live streamed on a fb page before, so I hope it's ok quality.  I guess they will give more info as the date gets closer?
anything + reverb always = better

See I knew someone would be more helpful. Thanks, Zanjam!

Holls

Lookin' forward to seeing a bunch of y'all who I met at a few shows last year and *hopefully* riding the rail for the first.damn.time.

Does anybody have an idea on what time we should line up to ensure front row?

Fully

Probably around 2:45 should be fine.

MattyJD

I don't think they open the gates until 3.

You're right they don't, and the Jacket doesn't go on until six or seven, so.....

Sooooooooooooo excited for you guys!
Me, too, and jealous, though I lucked out with the free Jim and Carl show in Keene, NH last October, so you can enjoy this guilt-free.

I'm going to guess the guys are gonna love getting together after months apart and really blow Olympic Park away.  It may be a fairly typical fest-like set, but its likely gonna creat some new fans.

I wish I could watch the webcast, but I'm going to be playing some MMJ tunes at a battle of the bands at that time.  If anyone can manage a video and/or audio recording of this, I'd appreciate it.
The fact that my heart's beating is all the proof you need.

Good Luck Johnny! and yeah i'll be at some pre-WrestleMania festivities Friday, so I'd love it if someone were able to record it!
I NEEDED IT MOST WHENEVER tbh

I'm so dang excited about this concert. When does this ever happen? My favorite band in the whole world, playing in my city, and for free? Whaaaat?

This is almost too good to be true - as in a small part of me thinks that we'll all get down there and the announcer will be like "MMJ couldn't make it but in their place we'll be rockin' to live music from "Train". In which case I will just go home and cry myself to sleep.

Would love to meet some of you guys and gals from the forum. Is anyone getting together before or after the show?
20 times I wish you'd understand...

Battle of the Bands? What is this all about?

Also, does anyone know anything about the webcast? I suppose I should investigate.

Will you be wearing a Brownfit?  I must see pictures of this band!
:drum:
My jacket's gonna be cut slim and checked

Yes, we need video of this Band Battle just as much as we need video of the Atlanta webcast!

Also, lpkell2145, I've heard talk that there is some sort of Beergarden near the park. I'm not sure how things are going to work, but perhaps we'll meet there ahead of the gates opening. Of course if it is pouring down raining, I'm sure we'll be there longer than if the weather turns out nice.

Huge party at Teds Montana Grill...and you really have to check out the aquarium...

The World of Coca Cola is pretty awesome too!

White... I have a flight booked, but last minute a girl I work with is saying she wants to go, so we're driving down (from Louisville). She's pretty unreliable, but today I'm making her commit one way or the other, because I need to cancel the flight today if I don't need to use it. If she ends up driving, I'm sure she wouldn't mind picking you up. We plan on leaving pretty early since its 6 hours from us. I'll let you know one way or the other tonight.
don't rock bottom, just listen just slow down...

Battle of the Bands? What is this all about?

[yac'd]For the second year, I'm teaming up with another teacher and tackling a few songs for a Battle of the Bands to support our local SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.  One of my colleagues lost her son to suicide and heads this event.  This year, Jacob (acoustic and electric guitar) and I (OM200m and QChord Omnichords) are tackling these songs:

Touch Me 2 instrumental intro > Wonderful Man
The Old Apartment (Barenaked Ladies)
Let It Be

I'm nervous as hell but it gets a lot of kids to come when they think they'll see two of their teachers try to play rock star.[/yac'd]

We now return you to the original thread, already in progress...
