What if the 2014 RC 7" is the new single?

Does anyone have the customer service email from the last thread? I think it was Michelle.  Ground (ctrl) is telling me that we don't get a vinyl because we renewed after the 2013 deadline, but before the 2014 started. So basically we signed up for a years worth of Roll Call and had no benefits and only received the partial package.

I had been in contact with info@mymorningjacket.com but be warned.....I was told some things that ended up not being true from them as well so don't get your hopes up too high lol. They do promise that Roll Call will be handled better moving forward but we'll just have to wait and see.

I missed out on a poster because of two bouts miscommunication from Roll Call. If anyone has an extra or is willing to part with their 2014 Roll Call poster let me know

I may be wrong, I am frequently, but I suspect that the 2015 poster will be the same as the 2014. Otherwise, the 2015 portion of the 2014/2015 membership would be a bit pointless.

Oh wow, you may be right. The original e-mail I have lists two different vinyl 7" but only lists one poster. I guess I was just assuming it would be different since MMJ and GroundCtrl have already said they sold out of the posters and wouldn't be getting new ones. I wonder if the 2015 sign-up that is coming soon will not include the poster.

Damn, it never dawned on me that they might not offer a poster in 2015. I should have ordered the 2014/2015 when I had a chance, but I thought I would get the 2014 vinyl already and the 2015 would include all of the same stuff. I'll buy the new roll call, but I hate giving my money to Ground(Ctrl). I miss the days of BandMerch.

Where are the singles being sent from? Sacramento? I didn't get a tracking number, probably because I chose the cheap shipping method when I bought my Roll Call membership.


Yes, shipped from Sac(mine is now in IL, 2 be delivered FR in IN). I chose cheapest shipping and got tracking #.

Hmmm...maybe I didn't get a tracking number because I don't live all that far from Sacramento. I see with others it's being sent UPS, mine says "USPS Expedited Mail Innovations."

Oh, the anticipation...who will be the first to reveal the songs?

I feel ya. As much as I was hoping for a new single (new album), I didn't think it would happen based on last year. Last year was an outtake from ISM/Z as the B-side iirc.
