work got shitty busy friday, so i had to reschedule my appointment with the owners until monday. i have no idea how i am going to explain this to them.

if i had enough free time, i'd make a powerpoint and give them handouts in sheet protectors. always got me an a in high school... (well, except for that one time i did a presentation on beowulf and put in a pic of scott baio)....?

Hey Meg, I hate for you to do all the leg work.  If you send me some of the names and numbers of other campsites in the area I'll get on the horn with them.  We should probably ask more than one site, even though the cave one would be ideal, to see what our options are.  Also, make sure they know that we are flexible on the date.  In fact, we could even go into the late summer if necessary, it would give us more time to get organized and get the word out anyway.

I think we have to make this thing happen since there is no summer tour, as someone else said.  It sounds like it'll be a blast.  Once we figure out where and then when, we can really make this thing special.  I'd like to do an acoustic set and maybe an electric set with my rowdy friends if possible (getting the gear and electricity may be issues we'll have to face).  Anyone's welcome to perform of course, and we'll have to end with an all-star jam.

Are we thinking one night or two? I was thinking Friday night, Saturday game day, Saturday night rock out, Sunday hangover recovery, but Friday night is not necessary.  Let's make this dream come real!

I live on a 20 acre lot..course I live with the parental's so theyd have to be down. Its mostly woods, but there is a huge field too. thought Id mention it as an option. its pretty deserted..might work for having a place for a lot of people/a lot of noise. im about 20 minutes north of Cincinnati, OH.
