I LOVE this album. It exceeded my expectations, and I knew it was going to be awesome. After repeated listens, I think Slow Down Jo is my favorite.

Every song here has gotten better with time. All of the Jim and Conor songs are pure gold (this may be the album that really gets me into Bright Eyes). M Ward at the beginning had only one or two that I wasn't sure about (Goodway, Slow Down Jo), but now I'm loving those songs too. Easily the album of the year, and up there for me with some of the better Jacket albums.

Pure sweet musical goodness.  :)

I heard "Say Please" on WDET (NPR).  today in michigan.  pretty cool, the lady seemed to dig them calling them a super band and all that jive.  said how she was bummed they weren't playing detroit but hope's they'll be around here soon.  

nice to hear the guys on the radio waves.

When they announced that the album was streaming I decided not to listen to it. I bought it on Sunday (along with Backspacer) but didn't get the chance to listen to it until today. Oh. My. God. I love it sooooo much. Every song is just amazing.
