Damn...that's a hell of an article.  Kinda scary.  See, if we just legalized weed (with taxing abilities) it could pay for the Katrina damage 10 times over.  That's my solution.  But on a more somber note, yeah, this administration sucks and the article clearly points that out.  Damn...I hate Rumsfeld so much.  What a dork.
