Yeah, I havent seen Miami play at all yet, so Im interested to see how them and Harris look or if its all hype. Certainly if they win today theyre legit, but beating Oklahoma next week be a whole nother story.

Seeing Miami lose is like hot lesbian porno! Fucking hate that school and program with every fiber of my being. They are even more hated in my eyes then the Sooners (No offense Eazy), Mizzou (No offense Dave and Matt), and Notre Dame. If ND and Miami tied with a negative 10 to negative 10 score and were forced out of D1, I'd throw a fucking party. Did I mention I really hate Miami? Thank you VaTech. This would put Boise State at #5  :o. And if three of the top 5 teams are SEC, then at most one will be left at the end of the season.

I wouldn't rule a National Championship bid out with them.

Your state/team has cemented itself as my least favorite in the union (JJ falling offstage at my first MMJ show on U of I campus, you ending our unbeaten season last year the day before I move out of Iowa and back to PA, beating us for the 7th time in the last 8 contests), but your OL and DL destroyed ours yesterday.

There's obviously a significant point gap between the Top 3 and everything else... Alabama is only 20 points away from Texas, while LSU is 175 points away from Alabama.

And given their absolute shit performance against Mississippi State, I'm thinking ol' crazy Les Miles has once again somehow backed himself into a good position.

Of course USC is back at #7, despite dropping to Washington last week. WTF.

Politics. These polls are just part of the silly revenue driving machine that is NCAA football. The only meaning they have today is to drive up TV ratings and interest. They only mean something on the final day when the BCS takes over.

Houston beats Oklahoma St by 10 in Stillwater (and is undefeated) and is ranked #15, but Oklahoma St is #12 and Georgia is #14 (Ok St beat Georgia at home)

I mean, isn't Iowa undefeated? Did they just not beat Penn St in College Station last night? But the polls have Penn St #13 and Iowa #17?   ;D

they better watch out having Boise St ranked so high b/c if the teams ahead of them screw up and lose, you might have BS in the BCS title game (which would probably be the best thing to get a playoff system in place).
