Here I am!  I'm getting pumped for the game.  I really don't think it'll be anything like the game last week.  We'll stack the box and make sanchez beat us.  With our excellent (should have been pro bowl) corners and zimmer's Def I'm expecting a few INTs.  The question is if we'll be able to move the ball on offense. Which begs the question: is 85 okay? The media hasn't been paying much attention to the fact that Ochocinco left the Jets game with an injured knee.  You'd think they play that up big time since resting starters has been such a big deal this year.  Carson was already out of the game at that point, what was 85 doing out there?  Anyway, hopefully they're not talking about it because it's not an issue.

As far as tickets go, maybe Cincy fans are a little gunshy to go to the playoff game because of what happen last time (not THAT long ago, 2006).  I was at that game and still get queasy when I think about it.  That was when Carson almost had his career taken away from him by the stealers who went on to win a Superbowl ring that could have just as easily been ours.  We almost won that game with Jon Kitna in for 3 quarters for chrissakes!  Ugh, I hate thinking about that game.  Chris Henry caught the ball Carson threw on that play, btw, 60-some yards.  I was so excited until I noticed Carson down and then my year was ruined. Being in a huge arena with people going crazy one second and becoming depressed as hell the next is quite an experience, not one I want to relive.

Anyway, I may get a chance to go to this playoff game and if I do I won't think twice about going. It's taken Carson and the Bengals four years to get back here.  If they can stay healthy I pity the Jets for getting in their way.

Oh, and the Who Dey nation will bring it, even if they didn't pay an arm and a leg for the privilege.

WHO DEY?!?!

Playoffs about to start, and you still won't capitalize the S...niiice!

I was watching a pittsburgh penguins game, and they were advertising a new cereal. Something that I've never heard of. I'm mean really pittsburgh? Are you really that full of yourselves that you need your own breakfast cereal? You win two out of the four championships, big deal. The fact that you can only field three teams should show you something.

That's such an ignorant statement waltz, what exactly does that show? There are only 13 US cities with 4 major sports teams. Some cities are lucky to have 1 or 2. The fact that Pittsburgh is considered a small market city shows what good organizations the Pens and Steelers are. And even though the Pirates suck, they have a great history a well.

WHO DEY?!?!

Aww man am I pumped!  I'm just jealous of the prices.  I know how much I gotta pay to get in to the Meadowlands and especially Soldier Field that I can't believe that if I was willing to make the drive, I could get into the stadium for under $50.

I know the game will be nothing like last week's .  Like I said before, I was pissed that I made the drive on a Sunday night from B'more for a game that was over at halftime >:(  The Jets should be offended that the Bengals wanted to face them instead of the Texans!

I don't see how the Bengals will move the ball the way they have been playing.  Even if Ocho is healthy, I have confidence that Revis will handle him with single coverage.  I guess I have to have faith if he has shut down, White, Moss and A. Johnson without help this season.

I guess I am banking on the Jets to make a few big plays from the running game.  Not that it's gonna work as well as last week but Brad Smith in the Wildcat sure was effective.  I love that formation they run with him and Shonn Greene in the backfield together.

So long as Sanchez keeps it underneath and uses play action well with only a few shots deep as necessary to keep you guys honest, I  like our chances.  Besides, Rex Ryan has already called us Super Bowl favorites ::)

I knew I shouldn't have said anything about not having a basketball team. What I meant, why didn't the WNBA put a team in Pitt? Wouldn't that be a perfect fit? A new team in the "City of Champions". It only makes sense. It's the "City of Champions". I think that it's arrogant as hell, and nobody outside of Pitt calls it that. Adding the "City of Champions" breakfast cereal is just icing on the cake, the nail in the coffin, the final straw...you see where I'm going with it. Sports is such a here today gone tomorrow thing. You can see that by the Pirates attendance. When I seen that commercial, I was in shock.

Also, weren't the Pens going jump ship about the time they drafted Crosby? But now everybody loooves the Pens. I didn't forget that. Again, sports...here today, gone tomorrow.

Which is why were proud to have 2 concurrent championship winning teams..Dont worry though, the title wont be around in a month anyway.

WNBA? They still have that?

Pens were going to leave because they couldnt get funding to build a new arena. And they didnt end up getting it until Crosby was here 2+ years.

The amount of new Pens gear and all these bandwagon Pens fans I saw wearing them last year however did make me angry

I know how it feels to get a team moved. (North Stars) Moving  hockey from Minnesota is probably one of the dumbest NHL move ever. It does upset me that we call ourselves "The State of Hockey", which is probably true, but it's even better marketing. I feel, you can't give yourself your own nickname.

FACT #1  No man, woman, or child can cover 85!
They used help last week on Ochocinco.  If they leave him single-covered and he's healthy, it's over.

FACT #2 The Bengals would have won that Wild Card game against Pittsburgh if Carson doesn't get injury by what would now be considered an illegal hit.  It's not that big of a stretch to assume they could have also beaten every team the stealers did since we were better than you guys with Carson.

FACT #3 FUCK pittsburgh!

Maybe we should ask the stealers if pittsburgh is the city of champions, you should be able to catch them at home.

Here comes True with the personal attacks again.  Try and keep it above the belt, True.  I know it's hard for you all to play clean and find a way to win.  As I've explained to you before, I have nothing against you, personally, I only hate your shitty ass town.

And if you want to stop living in the past then you all can stop mentioning the Super Bowl teams that played before you were born and I'll stop talking about Kimo Von Oelhoffen and then we can focus our attention on the present in which my team is in the playoffs and yours isn't, largely due to the fact that the Bengals beat the stealers twice this season.   8-)
