You said "assault charges" when I think you meant "allegations". And if the Cardinals and Seahawks weren't good enough for you then another team should've beaten them. And as it turned out Steelers vs. Cardinals made for a great SB. Seems like you're always trying to diminish our Super Bowls because we didn't have to play the Pats or we only had to play the Seahawks.

Yeah, my bad; "accusations" of sexual assault, one of which he just settled out of court. Seems like a great guy...  :-\  You were asking why no one gave Roth. his props and I am simply telling you why: Brady, Manning(s), Brees, Rodgers, ALL class acts and they represent the NFL in a respectable way. Roethisberger is a bum with 2 rings and the NFL knows it. That's the bottom line.

Well either way those accusations happened after the 2 Super Bowls, try harder Tracy.
That's motherfuckin' John Oates!

Tom Brady would have 0 Super Bowls with the Steelers O-line.

Sorry, it's hard to keep up the big ben timeline of sexual assault accusations...

Roethisberger is a bum with 2 rings and the NFL knows it.

What's YOUR opinion why no one talks about him being a hall of famer? Is it b/c he's a great guy and the NFL wants someone like him to be the face of the NFL? Or maybe he's an average QB playing with a great Defense? Do tell. B/c seriously, I cannot remember arguing with someone about if Brady or Manning etc... was charged with a felony rather than just accused. Twice.

So you're saying big ben is a better QB than Brady?    ;D ;D ;D ;D

Two different styles is all I'm saying. Brady takes a sack before he's even touched, pretty weak shit IMO. Ben only needs one more Super Bowl victory to match the great Tom Brady, if that's what (should be) is ultimately judged of a QB. Unless you were there you don't know what Ben did or didn't do, the first girl seemed like a headcase at least, that's all I have to say about that.

I really don't get you Steelers fans; 2 titles in 05 and 08, but mention Tom Brady and it's as if you went 0-16 every year for the last 25 years. Mind boggling...

ooops, what I meant to say was > but mention Tom Brady and it's as if you went 0-16 every year for the last 24 years and 0-15 in 1987.

That's better  :)

Gronk ankle no hurt no more.  Dancey time for Gronk.   GRONK DANCE NOW!

This was so bizarre.  What was he thinking?  Sure it's easier to drop it like it's hot or do the Dougie (or whatever the new dance craze is) than it is to run routes in the NFL, but still, what a horrible decision for the Gronkster.  He's lucky Giselle is getting all of the attention right now. His time is coming.

So, when you've had a bad day at work, you can't go out to celebrate the fact that its over?  C'mon guys.  I know you hate the Pats, and I'm not happy seeing him bounce around on that ankle, but I've seen many of you tear it up in the pit with greater vigor than your age or health might suggest wise, present company included.  Lets not forget he's only 22.  Go back to your parades, enjoy the victory, frame it as "beating the Pats" instead of "Giants win" if you like.  But the season is over.  Time to move on.
The fact that my heart's beating is all the proof you need.

Are you serious Johnny?  Just having a laugh dude.  The meathead chest bump is priceless!   Imagine if I took it personally every time someone bashed Rex Ryan or Kobe Bryant.  Guess what?  I wouldn't because I'd agree with them.  I think his dancing is FUNNY!  Do you think I am judging him because he is partying at a club?  Hell no

Haha, Yac.  I have NO issues with the Pats whatsoever.  I think they're fun to watch.  I was pulling for the Giants because I like Eli, but after that gutsy call from Belichick to let the Giants score, I would have been okay with the Pats winning.  I just think it was terrible lack in judgment by Gronk and completely uncharacteristic of Pats players, in general.  That's Gronk's second dumb offense (that I know of).   Remember the porn star thingie?  The Patriots organization doesn't have a reputation of putting up with that kind of stuff.

Also, I have no issues with it, either.  But, I'm not a NE fan.  That's a pretty relentless market up there and I can see a lot of people being pissssssed about it.

Sorry guys.  Not trying to come across over sensitive, but Sunday night sucked and I shouldn't be reading these threads.  Losing sucks.  So does Gronk's dancing.   ;D

Between this video and his pics with Miss Porno wearing his jersey, he's got some learnin' to do.

Don't take me too seriously, either.

the sound quality wasn't great in that video.  i couldn't quite make out was Gronk was dancing to.  Was it this..

I don't know what Jon T. is talking about.  I love how we differentiate between Mrs. Brady and Ms. Kinda Unnaturally Large Breasts in Gronk Jersey.  They both sell their bodies for money.  The latter just has more fun doing it and Gronk doesn't have to marry her.  win/win?

I'm not judging any of them.   I did more stupid stuff between 18-22 than Gronk or his adult film friend ever will.  Okay, maybe not her.  All I'm saying is that him posing with said film star after they probably made sweet, sweet love and then twittering (tweeting?) the pic was not a good idea.  Just like him dancing after a Superbowl loss that he was injured in was not a good idea.  Seems like there could be a pattern and the Patriots don't typically put up with that kind of stuff.

Fuck it, let's all go bowling. Gronk and his friend, too.

Jon T.

PS- Did you all see Gronkowski's little brother in what has to be one of the best Halloween costumes ever?

Tracy?  Tracy?  You there?  Surely the Saints story will be blown out of proportion.  Nonetheless if true, it makes a very compelling story, particularly coming from a franchise that was generally perceived as being one of class.  As with the Buddy Ryan Eagles and teams before and after, clearly bounties have been part of the game for a long time.  I'm more surprised by the whistle blower.  What does he have against the Saints?

Well, it would make a lot more sense if the Saint's D didn't suck!  ;D
I think this is league wide and it's been a hush-hush thing until now (like steroids in MLB). I blame Twitter and the "oh so 4 seconds ago" culture we have. I don't support having $$ dished out for injury and the NFL will probably come down hard to prove something. But face it, if your opposing teams stars are not on the field then your odds of winning increase and when you win more you get more butts in the seats and advertising and playoffs, etc...ad nauseum. Simple Econ 101 under the guise of a violent sport.

However, I am wondering how much McCray got paid for this retirement hit on KW (and at the end of the day, it was a legal hit). But show me any defensive player on any level who isn't going to light up the QB in that situation.
