I got 4 tix for both nights, section Orchestra Center row H.  Was hoping to be a little closer since I logged in right at 10am, but I'm thrilled to be going!

I had 2 tix for each night in row B and C and the site wouldn't let me check out - came up with an error message - even though all my info including my credit card came up.
I'm furious.  Do I have any recourse with groudn ctrl? :angry:

I got the same damn thing... had great seats and then the checkout process bombed on me.  damn it!

No luck on the 2 day pass at all. Had to get 4 tickets for the 26th, Row S. Settled for 2 tickets on the 27th, Row L. Was hoping for better seats but at least i'll be there both nights!

Considering I was told this was "all going to be fine" and assured by ground control that the issues were resolved that last time round....

This was a fucked up mess.....I had row H 20 and 21 and it froze so many times, web site crawled and I never did end up getting seats. As I said a few weeks ago, "newer" here and haven't dealt with this before, this has got to be the worst service I have EVER seen.

I never thought I would look forward to tickets being sold on ticket bastard, but yet here I sit, looking forward to Saturday.

At what point does all of this stop being "operator error" and start being the system?????

What I don't get is how there are no tix for the 2 day pass x4 when I log on RIGHT at 10am. Checkout process was slow, and I should have stayed with the Row H tix on the 26th but I passed hoping for better.

Oh, it's definitely the system. This was a stand alone pre sale too, and it's not like the system was dealing with a lot of shows being sold at the same time. Unbelievable they can't get this right, and sad to see so many getting screwed once again!  :angry:

I'm not sure what the solution is but I doubt we'll ever see GC/WU get it right. They can change the name, and packaging but it's still a pile of crap.

I had Row E tickets... center stage even.  The site bombed in the checkout process and now I am left with Row P way off to the side.

Probably still not bad seats... but going from 5th row to 16th row because of their POS system sucks... On the phone now, but I have a feeling it won't make a damn difference.

Trying to call on the phone, get put on hold for 10 minutes, and then a message says, blah, blah blah... hours of operation... we are currently closed... and then hangs up

The GC/WU system leaves much to be desired, to say the very least.  That I do not dispute.

However, everyone logged in at 10am.

What an awful system.  First of all, I could not even access the website starting at about 9:55am - I was continually getting a "website not found" error.  I had to quickly VPN into my work computer and try from there, but by that time it was 10:01, so most of the great seats were gone.

My friend had 4 tickets in Row D for Saturday night in his cart, but it bombed on the checkout process.  So we are shut out for Saturday.

When you pay $45 for something, it should work (I bought the roll call membership as an add-on to the deluxe vinyl box set and for some reason it cost an extra $45 instead of $40 for that...makes sense?).

What will WU do to make up for this?

That's really not an acceptable excuse in my opinion.  "Everyone" in this case, is quite low volume respectively.
