I opened a ticket with Wonderful Union and they closed the ticket and marked it "solved" without any response... I think this pretty much sums up their approach to customer service.

So sorry to hear about all of this. Just a head's up since I went through the same thing along with other for the Red Rocks show ( I have 2 GA tix in my cart, processed, but never showed the tix in my Roll Call Account and was still charged the money). I would call and call and call during business hours only to receive a message they were closed. I had to call paypal and I immediately had them escalate a complaint and send it to Wonderful Union. 2 days later I got my money back but was still out of the tickets.

There is no excuse for tix in someone's cart not being there's, especially if there is a website issue or a page freezing. My hope if that MMJ and management moves on. Wonderful Union has had enough time to sort this out and if not at least treat everyone with dignity and class and give real answers.

I was lucky to grab 2 GA through another presale for Red Rocks but that is not the point. I am crossing my fingers all of you that were screwed out of tickets end up getting great seats at another presale or general sale.

Good luck and remember don't expect to get any wonderful resolution from Wonderful Union as I was told sorry you are out of luck basically.

I think that is what burns me the most...that Wonderful Union took my money and provided me with nothing in return, then refused to hold themselves accountable. I fell victim to a con, and that con involves my favorite band--and not just any run-of-the-mill commercial band like Nickelback--My Morning Jacket.

Yes, other great tix will be available at the general sale but people are paying money to be a part of a Fan Club that offers access to presales, and not have to deal with the General on sale. While we all would prefer more tix to be available, and good ones too, we expect to at least be able to purchase the tix we have in our carts regardless of where they are located.

fair enough. i didn't really have any issues getting 2 pairs for each night, but i know plenty who did. my friend got a pair for Saturday night at about 10:25 oddly enough.

fwiw, I have had times where i've had tickets in my cart and unable to purchase/checkout with them on Ticketmaster and many other ticketing sites, so it's not unheard of. not saying it makes it suck any less what happened to people through Roll Call though.

i'll def be trying for better tickets during the other presales/general however, as it didn't seem like they had many tickets available better than row 7.

I saw singles in BB, and DD but no pairs as good as that.

yeah, one friend I know was able to get a pair for one night in BB, but best pairs I saw were row B (7th row)

while i'm just happy to be in the building for both nights, i'd be lying if I said i didn't expect the ticket selection to be slightly better (even if the number of roll call pre-sale tickets was rather limited).

also, amusing that they said to use Chrome...

Chrome was loading the Event pages 15 minutes prior a decent bit slower than Firefox was for me on my Mac.

Blunderful Union,

I would STILL like some sort of comprehensive response to what exactly happened this time. As stated by wonderful union during the last presale, we had assurances this was not going to occur again.

What was the root cause of this issue? Whats being done to correct it? I wasted to much time and money to let it drop with another "opps" we still don't have it right or worse yet the inexcusable browser error.

Please advise

Most of the artists on Red Light use Musictoday/Ticketstoday   - much better at running fan clubs and organizing pre-sales  should look into it :-)

SO SO much better seat selection/easy process during today's venue presale...

What a breeze that was. I was able to score two seats in row DD Jim side for night 1 and two CC Carl side for night 2. I am so excited. I feel so much better after getting screwed the other day, but WU seriously needs to fix their problems.

Yes, this presale actually worked as these things should.  Good seats and actually being able to purchase them once in the cart!  I scored CC center for Friday and BB center for Saturday. I used two separate browsers for each sale as I was preparing for trouble and I couldn't quickly find a way to go back and select a second show after picking 2 tix for Sat.  After all the nonsense and anxiety with Wonderful Union, I'm finally a happy camper for this show, at least. :drum:

(However, I wouldn't be surprised if some deluxe Roll Call members who were "successful" in the first presale aren't too pleased with the apparently much better selection of seats in this presale.)

I wonder how what I would think is a relatively small box office can run a pre sale smoothly with no "user errors" or "wrong browser" and a company in charge of multiple artists hasn't ever come close to doing so. Even with all their opportunities to fix things over the years of doing it.

Although I had no trouble finding friends to take my other pairs off my hands, but still was a bit of a bummer to see :(

what seats for Sat? we're likely right next to you :)

Same here,

Simply amazing how easy this was...Funny thing is, I used the same PC, same browser, same everything and had zero issues and scored great seats.

All that said,

I am STILL awaiting a comprehensive response from Blunderful Union.
