I am pretty flexible in June and would still most likely drive. So, I could get some of you on the way down from NYS to KY (or help with airport lifts, etc). Small civic hatchback is my ride, though, so max 3 other people and yer stuff. Mad treats should be brought for Meg and any other planners working on this. Thanks! Sign me up!!! I'm down for any weekend over the summer. I'll be in summer school in North Mississippi, so I could pick anyone up from west TN or north AL or Nashville (for anyone flying in). I have a four door Audi so we should have a decent amount of room.  Gotta bring the guitar though, so that'll cut into the trunk space.  It would be nice to have a passenger to be the iPod DJ.  I think after we set a date we should have a sign up sheet.  Or we could email someone and notify them that we've reserved a camp site.  I'd like to help. If nothing else I'll try to find out how much it would cost to get t-shirts made, but once again, it will help to have a ball park figure of how many people will come, as the prices will vary by number ordered.  We should also consider having a viewing of Okonokos.

I'm really looking forward to meeting like-minded folks, but I'm more excited about the dance party.

looking at dates today...
i'm going to start another thread that is exclusively date selection oriented.  that way we'll have a quick, succinct reference place for date stuff.

i'm considering heading to bonnaroo so i'd be into having our party the next weekend.  would mean travelling just once to the tennessee/kentucky region in june.  but i have a flexible schedule.  in the interest of seeing more people there, let's pick the best weekend.
